2. What this website is for

This website provides information about our shop, our menu and our catering service. It does not currently take payment or process food orders online.

3. How to order

In the shop. Order and pay at the counter at 123 City Road.

Delivery apps. You can order through Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Those orders are placed with the platform, not with us directly, and the platform's own terms, prices, fees and refund rules apply to them.

Catering. Catering orders are arranged directly with us by telephone, by email, or through the bulk pre-order form on this site. They are not placed through the delivery apps. No price is shown or paid on the website. A catering order is confirmed only when we have replied to confirm the order, the time and the price.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling. Prices on Deliveroo and Uber Eats may differ from our counter prices.

VAT is charged on hot food at the standard rate. Catering prices are quoted excluding VAT unless we state otherwise, and we issue a VAT invoice in your company name.

We try to keep the menu and prices on this site accurate and up to date, but they may change. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before we accept your order.

5. Allergens and dietary information

Our kitchen handles gluten, wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, soya and crustaceans. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from any allergen.

In particular: Gamberi is a prawn dish and contains crustaceans, as does the prawn topping; and Pesto, Pollo, Mozzarella Pesto and Burrata contain nuts.

Gluten-free penne is cooked in separate water, but the kitchen is not a gluten-free environment and we do not describe any dish as suitable for coeliacs.

Please tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement when you order, and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do. Full ingredient information is available on request and is supplied with every catering order.

6. Catering terms

• Collection: no minimum order. Four people or forty, you are welcome to collect any size of order from 123 City Road.
• Delivery: a minimum order of £150. Below that we will still take the order, but it will be for collection, and we will tell you that on the confirmation call.
• Please order by 16:00 on the day before. For groups of up to 15 we will usually accept a same-morning order, but we cannot promise it.
• If the number of people changes, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to adjust the order. Any change has to be agreed with us before it is confirmed.
• Collection from 123 City Road is free. If you ask us to arrange a courier, we book it on your behalf and charge it to you at cost.
• We invoice catering orders and payment is due on the terms stated on the invoice.

7. Cancelling a catering order

If you cancel by 16:00 on the day before, there is no charge. If you cancel after that, we may charge for ingredients and preparation already committed to your order. We will always tell you the amount before we charge it.

8. Food hygiene

Bigoli Fresh Pasta holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5, awarded following inspection by the London Borough of Hackney on 24 July 2026. The current rating is published by the Food Standards Agency at food.gov.uk.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, logos and characters on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to third parties such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Google and Instagram. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their terms.

11. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law, including our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. We do not promise that this website will always be available or free from errors.

12. Your personal information

We handle personal information in the way described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
