Seasonal mixed greens with chicken, Caesar dressing and Parmesan, built on a pasta base rather than croutons. A salad with the weight of a lunch, which is the point.
The pasta in it is the same pasta we extrude on site every morning. The dressing is made in-house, and nothing here is defrosted. Contains egg, milk and gluten.
