Italian beef meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce made in-house. A heavier plate than the tomato sauces on either side of it on the counter menu.
The pasta beneath them is extruded here every morning from semolina and water, then cooked when you order. Rigatoni and bigoli hold a sauce like this one best.
