Basil pesto with roasted pine nuts, sun-dried tomato and a little cream. The sun-dried tomato is what stops it going flat — it gives the pesto something sharp to push against.
Served on pasta extruded here in the morning and cooked when you order it. Vegetarian. Contains nuts.
